1- You should use only positive words while thinking and while talking. Use statements like as, “I can do it”, “I am able”, “it is possible”, "I am a very positive person", "I am very capable", “I am always happy” etc.

2- You should ignore negative thoughts. you should have only positive and happy thoughts. If you find negative thought in your mind, immediately replace it with a positive thought.

3- You should set meaningful goals. Firstly, you can set little goal. when you complete your first goal, you will be inspired to make other goals. With each goal you achieve, you will gain confidence and your self-esteem will increase. Then, you will be a very positive mind person.

4- You should have faith in yourself. when you start any work, you should have belief  that you can do it . you should believe that GOD always with you.
